mistrali exceeded my expectations. the staff were friendly and helpful, the apartment was spacious and equipped with modern amenities, and the location was ideal with a beautiful beach and harbor nearby. the taverna attached to the apartments was a great place to eat and there were other shops and tavernas within walking distance. definitely coming back!

The location was perfect, just a stone's throw away from the crystal clear waters where we spent most of our holiday! The staff were incredibly hospitable, always going above and beyond to make sure we had the best time possible. The apartment was spacious and had all the modern amenities we needed to make ourselves at home. We also loved the charming courtyard area where we enjoyed our morning coffee and breakfast. The local area is full of lovely little shops, convenience stores, and restaurants where we enjoyed some amazing food.

There were a few basic aspects of the apartments, like the dated decor, that could do with updating. we had a fantastic stay and would definitely recommend this property for anyone looking for a comfortable stay in a beautiful location.

This hotel is a hidden gem right on the seafront. The location is perfect, with a lovely sandy beach just a few steps away. The staff are incredibly friendly and welcoming, providing exceptional service throughout our stay. The rooms are spacious and well-equipped, with a small kitchenette that came in handy. The attention to detail, from the freshly renewed bathrooms to the frequent cleaning, made our stay even more enjoyable.

The beach was really amazing, crystal clear water, and soft sand. the staff was helpful when we asked them questions. the room was spacious, and the location was great, right by the charming harbor, and close to a convenience store where we got some snacks.

Our room was a bit run down, the paint was peeling off the walls, and the furniture was old. the bathroom had a weird smell and the shower pressure was low.

The location was excellent, being within easy walking distance of a beautiful harbour and a stunning sandy beach. We enjoyed the lovely traditional style of the apartment room and were pleased to receive such attentive service from the friendly staff. The apartment was equipped with modern facilities, including a recently updated bathroom, and was kept immaculately clean throughout our stay.

Sadly, we were disappointed by the dated appearance of the other rooms in the complex, which could benefit from renovation.

Oh, I had such a hard time finding anything to complain about. NOT! Everything was absolutely perfect!

We had a fantastic time at Mistrali in Kalyves! The staff, especially Katerina, were incredibly helpful and kind. The new filtration system in the restaurant's kitchen was a great addition. The apartments with sea and courtyard views are lovely, and the patio view is perfect for a more relaxed atmosphere. The Mistrali Restaurant serves delicious dishes and the staff there are friendly too. a wonderful family-run hotel right on the beach, with great food and clean, comfortable rooms.

We loved the hotel's location right on the beach next to a picturesque harbor. Cleanliness was exceptional, with staff cleaning every day. The staff was accommodating and friendly, and the hotel facilities were modern and spacious. Transportation was easy, with a bus stop nearby for exploring the city.

The views from the furnished veranda with a pergola were breathtaking, just like a postcard come to life. The traditional home-style entrees cooked with the family's locally produced olive oil were simply divine, like a taste of Cretan heaven. The wide variety menu at the taverna offered a culinary journey through both Cretan and international cuisine, a treat for every taste bud. The easy proximity to the bus stop and taxi station made exploring the whole island of Crete a breeze. The private sea-view balcony in the apartments provided the perfect spot to relax and soak in the beauty of the surroundings, like having a personal slice of paradise.

This hotel offers great value for money, with spacious and modern apartments. The attentive and friendly staff go above and beyond to ensure a comfortable stay. The location right on the seafront is perfect for those looking for a beach getaway.
